Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Refer-a-Friend Member Program

As a Refer-a-Friend member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to Calibrate Health, Inc.’s (“Calibrate”) Terms of Use and Calibrate’s Privacy Policy, both available on joincalibrate.com, as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Calibrate’s Refer-a-Friend Program:

• Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as enrolling in Calibrate’s Metabolic Reset program on joincalibrate.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives at our website by clicking the Refer-a-Friend program link from an email. You are limited to five Qualified Referrals per calendar year. Repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer in a calendar year are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. If you refer more than five Qualified Referrals in a calendar year, you are not eligible for additional rewards. 
• Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).
• Rewards. For you to earn the designated reward, as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must enroll in Calibrate’s Metabolic Reset program. The referral is counted and reward sent to the referrer once the membership purchase has been confirmed by Calibrate. The reward of $15 e-gift cards or Calibrate branded swag will be emailed or mailed to the referrer. Total referrals per customer cannot exceed $75 worth of e-gift cards or swag per year.
• Eligibility. Eligibility of Referred Customers is limited to individuals who meet the Calibrate Program’s eligibility requirements. Referrers cannot be businesses or health care providers.
• No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner, and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Calibrate’s Refer-a-Friend program.
• Right to Close Accounts. Calibrate reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Calibrate Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
• Term of Refer-a-Friend Program. The Refer-a-Friend Program reward will be available to Referrers between December 21, 2024 and January 10, 2025 at 11:59pm ET.
• Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Calibrate reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
