Help Patients Achieve Lasting Weight Loss

Calibrate is an outcomes-based obesity treatment program combining GLP-1 medication and intensive lifestyle changes to drive sustained weight loss and metabolic health results surpassing the best outcomes from clinical trials.

Real Results With Data To Prove It

Calibrate's results prove our proprietary program is effective at driving long-term improvements to metabolic health and weight loss. These results are significantly superior to the weight loss seen in best-case clinical trial results for GLP-1 medications, including Saxenda®, Ozempic®, Rybelsus®, and Trulicity®, and show more sustained weight loss than Wegovy®.

Rooted In Research
Written By Experts

We designed the Calibrate curriculum with our Expert Council and Clinical Advisory Board, integrating the science, research, and strategies that lead to sustainable results.

A STRATEGIC APPROACH TO SUSTAINABLE HEALTH

The goal is clear - sustainable health through informed choices and support! Calibrate aims to empower members to maintain their health achievements independently, whether they continue with medication or not. Read more for a deeper dive into GLP-1 tapering strategies and their implications.

Patient Safety Is
Our Highest Priority

Calibrate is a safe, effective, and sustainable metabolic health option for patients who have a BMI>30 or BMI>27 with at least one weight-related comorbidity (such as type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, hypertension, sleep apnea, NAFLD, dyslipidemia or PCOS). We ensure that patients are followed closely by a Calibrate doctor while on medication and that they receive structured accountability coaching for intensive behavior change throughout the program.

Partner With Us

We work alongside patients’ existing primary care providers and specialists to help patients sustainably lose at least 10% of their body weight over 12 consecutive months (or their money back) and make substantial improvements to metabolic health.

We require metabolic labs including lipids, fasting glucose, hemoglobin A1c, fasting insulin, and Hs-CRP as part of the initial assessment and follow interval progress over the program. We support patients in sharing relevant medical information and results with their providers as Calibrate is not a replacement for ongoing primary or specialist care.
