What will my Calibrate food goals be?

As part of the One-on-One program, your food goals will be:

  • Decreasing processed and disease-promoting foods in your diet
  • Increasing quality foods that work with your budget and dietary restrictions
  • Feeling in control of what you eat 

You and your coach will break down these goals into smaller, actionable steps in your 1:1 sessions. You’ll track your daily progress in the Calibrate app.
