What will my Calibrate exercise goals be?

As part of the Individual One-Year Program and the Group One-Year Program, your exercise goals will be: 

  • Making incremental improvements, no matter where you’re starting
  • Making exercise a positive, joyful part of your life
  • Working up to 150 minutes of moderate activity per week—like mowing the lawn, brisk walking, or swimming

You and your coach will break down these goals into smaller, actionable steps in your 1:1 sessions. You’ll track your daily progress in the Calibrate app.
