As part of the One-on-One program, your emotional health goals will be: 

  • Incorporating easy-to-achieve daily outlets or practices for reducing stress
  • Recognizing emotional health triggers
  • Improving mood and stress with a holistic approach to health-impacting habits  

You and your coach will break down these goals into smaller, actionable steps in your weekly sessions. You’ll track your daily progress in the Calibrate app.
