Ingredients
- 2-3 ounces smoked salmon
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1 tomato, sliced
- ¼ red onion, sliced
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- Optional: salad, lettuce cups, or high-fiber crackers
Directions
Arrange all ingredients on a plate. Serve alone, with a small salad, in lettuce cups, or as a topping for high-fiber crackers.
