How do I send a message to Calibrate Member Support via the app?
To message the Calibrate Team, log into your Calibrate app:
- Tap the Support tab
- Select Message Support
- Fill out the category (and sub-category) of your question, and provide as much detail as possible in the message field. Note: your name and email will be auto-filled
- Add a relevant attachment as needed
- Select Send
Once your message is submitted, you'll be able to view this message, alongside all historical messages, in the Support Center.
