We expect Calibrate members to stay on GLP-1 medication for the duration of their One-Year Metabolic Reset. Over the course of your Calibrate year, the habit changes you will make across food, sleep, exercise, and emotional health will help ensure that your success is locked in for the long term. Your health and biology will determine how long you’ll take GLP-1s, and the Calibrate Medical Team will ultimately decide when and how you’re ready to transition off of the medication after your first year.
