Results Money Back Promise

With Calibrate’s Results Money Back Promise (“Money Back Promise”), you may qualify for a 50% refund of your total paid Membership Fees if you do not achieve a minimum of 10% weight loss at the end of 12 consecutive membership months. Your weight loss will be determined by calculating the percentage change of your weight from the start to the end of 12 consecutive months. For purposes of calculating weight loss percentage, Calibrate will use your first synched weight following receipt of your Welcome Kit. However, if your first synched weight is substantially different from your weight at the time of your first Provider appointment, Calibrate reserves the right to use that updated weight instead as your starting weight for your Program and for this Money Back Promise. Any refund will exclude the cost of your medication, labs, any discounts received, and/or other items and services charged by third parties.

To be eligible for the Money Back Promise, you must have: 

• Signed up for the Program after May 16, 2024
• Self-paid for the Program (not through an employer or insurance program)  
• Not have been taking any prescription weight loss medication during the twelve months prior to purchasing the Program (examples include: phentermine, GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Saxenda, or Wegovy) 
• Completed 12 consecutive months of the Program
• Complied with the requirements of the Calibrate Commitment throughout your Program starting in the second month in the Program.

If you are eligible for money back based on the criteria set forth above, you may request a refund in the support center in the Calibrate app or by contacting us at membership@joincalibrate.com. Your refund will be issued as described in our Cancellation Policy. 

The Money Back Promise does not apply to Continuing Members (as defined in the Membership Terms & Conditions).
